Our client, a leading organization in the customer support industry, is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team. As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be part of the support department, assisting independent distributor partners and business owners. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator

Location: Hanover, PA

Pay Range: $18 to $19.50 an hour

Shift: 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm

What's the Job?

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, online, or in person

Assist customers with placing, modifying, or canceling orders

Review and explain commission statements and settlement-related information

Support account management and resolve customer issues efficiently

Contribute to team efforts during peak seasons and support upcoming projects

What's Needed?

Customer service experience or background

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)

Comfortable with data entry, uploading files, and data manipulation

Tech-savvy and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work in a hybrid setting, with remote work on Mondays and Fridays and onsite presence Tuesday through Thursday
