Description

We are looking for a dedicated Sales Assistant to join our team in Tacoma, WA. This is a long-term contract position where you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales operations for a rentals and sales team. The role is fast-paced, collaborative, and requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

Provide daily support to the team, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.

Manage order entry and updates in Salesforce with precision.

Utilize Excel to create and maintain spreadsheets, including formulas for data analysis.

Coordinate product deliveries and pickups by through dispatch software.

Assist in posting online advertisements and responding to customer inquiries.

Prepare and provide accurate sales quotes to potential clients.

Maintain inventory records

Collaborate with team members to support sales and marketing initiatives.

Ensure smooth communication with customers, addressing their needs promptly and professionally.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales support or a related role.

Proficiency in Salesforce for order entry and sales

Intermediate knowledge of Excel, including the ability to work with formulas.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with inventory management and dispatch software.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality results.
