Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: On-Site - Arlington, TX

Type: Temp-to-Hire

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Pay Rate: $ 18.43/hour

Position Overview

We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to join the team. This role supports the warehouse operations by assisting with shipping, receiving, staging, and warranty order preparation, while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Responsibilities

Support warehouse functions such as shipping and receiving.

Transport and stage product as needed.

Assist with order pulling and warranty setup.

Maintain work and product storage areas in a clean and organized manner.

Provide customer service support focused on service excellence.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.

Forklift experience (assessment required).

Team-oriented, detail-driven, and dependable.

Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, and quality control helpful.

Ability to follow safety procedures and wear required PPE (steel-toe shoes).

Must pass background and drug screening prior to start (no exceptions).

Work Environment & Requirements

Light industrial environment.

Standing for long periods and lifting may be required.

Steel-toe shoes are required.

Candidates will interview on-site and receive a facility tour prior to offer.

Pay Details: $18.43 per hour
