** Job Title: Field Service Travel Coordinator Department: Installations & Field Service (I&FS) Reports To: Director, Installations & Field Service

Summary The Field Service Travel Coordinator is responsible for managing and optimizing travel operations for the Installations & Field Service (I&FS) department. This includes coordinating travel for Site Teams, Technicians, and Trades, as well as managing timecards, Client requests, and expense reporting for field service teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in travel logistics, vendor management, and expense reporting systems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Other duties may be assigned.

Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.

Collaborate with HR on international travel requirements (e.g., visas).

Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with corporate travel policies.

Oversee field service team timecards, Client requests, and reporting.

Administer the company's travel expense platform, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

Monitor travel budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Assist with travel-related risk management and emergency support.

Maintain and update travel policies and procedures.

Provide logistical support for meetings and events.

Up to 5 years of experience in corporate travel or a related field preferred.

Proficiency with travel booking tools and expense management systems.

Strong knowledge of travel policies, compliance, and vendor negotiations.

Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

GTP (Global Travel Professional) certification is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint) for documentation, reporting, and collaboration.

Strong written communication, documentation, and reporting skills.

Ability to develop and maintain strong client and team relationships.
