We are looking for a detail-oriented Part Time Office Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Monroe, North Carolina. This role involves supporting daily administrative operations and ensuring smooth office functionality. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Greet visitors and manage reception duties, ensuring a welcoming environment.

Organize and scan documents to maintain accurate and accessible records.

Answer and direct inbound calls professionally, providing excellent customer service.

Perform general clerical tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.

Collaborate with team members to support office workflows and administrative needs.

Requirements - Previous experience in receptionist or administrative roles.

Proficiency in document scanning and record-keeping.

Strong communication skills for handling phone calls and inquiries.

Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Familiarity with basic office software and equipment.
