Provide senior-level analysis of production schedules, engineering specifications, and process flows of the organization, and then build and improve the manufacturing systems and processes of electro-mechanic and electronic devices and systems in order to improve the flow and distribution of goods within the United States and increase the efficiency and profitability of the organization

Apply lean and comprehensive industrial manufacturing principles and methods to develop cost-effective material handling processes for the design and production for the organization's North American facilities

Design and develop continuous improvement industrial engineering control systems and activities for the manufacturing and servicing of the organization's electro-mechanic and electronic products and services to ensure both products and services meet customer and government quality standards

Develop and maintain production standards for the organization's equipment, inspections, maintenance, and performance, including directing maintenance, department leadership, and production staff to schedule and operate equipment most efficiently and effectively

Conduct industrial engineering studies and cost-benefit analysis to promote the most efficient use of physical and personnel resources

Provide industrial engineering training for the organization's production and maintenance personnel on more efficient operating procedures, enhanced safety and quality control considerations, and more robust continuous improvement methods

Identify projects that exceed beyond the organization's current capability scope and make recommendations to management as to what resources (staff, costs, equipment, supplies, raw materials, and inventory) would be required to take on such projects

Carryout quality control procedures to resolve the organization's production problems and minimize costs throughout each stage of the project lifecycle while developing, reviewing, and approving assembly procedures, repair procedures, change notices and other related quality system documentation

Articulate industrial engineering measurements, analysis, and test results related to unique customer proposals in a systematic and communicable manner to the organization's R&D Engineering, Manufacturing, and Sales Department leaders and staff in order to maximize efficiency, reduce costs, and increase the operational capacity and profitability of the organization

Confer with customers in order to better understand their unique and customized engineering specifications for each project while ensuring the organization's operational goals of efficiency, effectiveness, and cost reduction are adhered to and implemented into each stage of the project lifecycle (design, manufacturing, analysis, testing, purchasing, program management, quality control, sale, and after-sale remediation)

A Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering is required (a Foreign Educational Equivalent is acceptable). Also required is 24 months of employment experience as a Key Account Manager, Process Engineer, or Operations Engineer. This position requires little domestic travel (less than 30 days per year) and little international travel (less than 30 days per year) to client sites in the United States, Mexico, Italy, Germany, China, and Hungary.

$138,300.00 per year is the wage for this position. The place of employment is at Bitron Marketing USA Inc.'s Headquarters at 3250 West Big Beaver Road, Suite 505, Troy, Michigan 48084; however, Bitron Marketing USA Inc. will allow telecommuting from any residence location in the United States to perform work exclusively from such residence location.
