Reports To: Marketing Supervisor
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Representative/Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. This entry-level role is perfect for a recent college graduate passionate about building brand visibility and engaging with local communities. The Marketing Representative/Specialist will assist in executing marketing strategies, creating social media campaigns, and coordinating local events to enhance our brand's presence and foster meaningful connections with our audience. This position will also assist in other duties as required.
Qualifications:
Associate's degree in relatable field preferred
3-5 years' experience in marketing, communications, business, and/or equivalent business experience. (recent graduates encouraged to apply).
Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and creating engaging content.
Highly motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Creative mindset with a passion for brand building and community engagement.
Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Google Analytics) is a plus but not required.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Enthusiasm for attending and coordinating local events, with flexibility for occasional evening or weekend work.
