For GS-09 Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience at the GS-07 grade level or equivalent performing duties such as: Reviewing automated and/or manual accounting and financial management systems to find, review, or change accounting data in transactions files, ledgers, accounts, summary reports and financial statements Interpreting financial and accounting data to provide appropriate analysis for management's use in decision making. Reviewing guidance, memoranda, procedures, and instructions that cover the full spectrum of accounting and financial management issues.
