FARM EQUIPMENT OPERATOR: Worker will be required to complete the following activities as directed by supervisor: Drive semi-trailer combination to deliver grain to market ports; Inspect loads to ensure that cargo is secure; Maneuver into loading and unloading positions, following signals from loading crew and checking that vehicle and loading equipment are properly positioned; Drive to weigh stations before and after loading and along routes in compliance with state regulations; Plan or adjust routes based on changing winter conditions such as ice, sleet, snow; Perform safety checks and inspections as well as related repairs. The work will be done in Kalamazoo County, MI.

Period of employment/periodo de empleo: 11/10/2025 - 04/10/2026

Work schedule is generally 45 hours per week, Monday through Saturday. Additional hours may be offered but not required.

Workers will be paid a minimum of $18.15 per hour.

Six (6) months recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Must be able to obtain a driver's license following hire and obtain clean driving record.

Workers are subject to random drug testing at no cost to the employee. All drug testing will occur after the worker begins his or her employment and is not a part of the interview process.

Employer provides housing at no cost to workers in corresponding employment who are not reasonably able to return same day to their residence. Separate sleeping rooms and bathroom facilities are designated for male and female workers. Kitchen and other common facilities are shared. Housing for workers only.
