Position Summary
The Product Sciences intern will work closely with Attribute Scientists to develop and/or implement novel characterization assays utilizing imaging, spectral cytometry, and/or metabolic measurement technologies. Increase knowledge and understanding regarding T cell biology of cell therapy drug products in clinical development.
The full-time internship with take place June - August 2026.
Key Responsibilities
Expected Deliverables:
A practical and implementable analytical method proto@type which has been characterized for the ability to detect and measure T cell proliferation capacity in @context of CAR T DP and starting materials.
Learning Opportunities:
T cell biology and proliferation, cell culture, analytical development, flow cytometry, fluorescent imaging, process optimization, communication and presentation skills
Qualifications & Experience
Current junior or senior pursuing a bachelor's degree in related fields, or a first year master's student.
Understanding of cellular biology
Basic knowledge of primary cell culture and bioanalytical methods
A passion and curiosity for creating and building things
The ability to thrive in a collaborative team
Strong communication skills

This is a temporary, time-bound position intended for the duration of the internship or co-op program. Employment in this role does not imply or guarantee ongoing or permanent employment with BMS.
The starting hourly compensation for this assignment is within the range of $23.00 to $42.00/hr. Please note that the final individual compensation and any applicable benefits will be determined by your employer of record (and not BMS). Factors influencing this decision may include the characteristics of the assignment, such as demonstrated experience, required skill, and the geographic location of the job. Compensation details are subject to change.

Compensation Overview:
The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee's work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience. Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.
