This is a full-time position geared towards dynamic individuals who are prepared to work on-site, engaging directly with customers. The position is not remote, emphasizing face-to-face interactions that are pivotal in delivering the exceptional service we are known for.

As an Independent Kirby Dealer, your primary role will be to effectively market and demonstrate the capabilities of the Kirby Avalir Platinum Home Cleaning System. This role requires a proactive and enthusiastic approach, ideal for someone who thrives in a vibrant, fast-paced environment. Duties and Responsibilities

Market the Kirby Avalir Platinum Home Cleaning System to potential and existing customers.
Conduct in-home demonstrations to showcase the product's unique features and benefits.
Engage with customers to understand their cleaning needs and recommend appropriate Kirby products and solutions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Kirby product line and its advantages in various cleaning contexts.
Attend team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Manage orders, customer queries, and after-sales service to enhance customer satisfaction.
Work collaboratively with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Provide feedback from customers to the management to help refine marketing and sales strategies.
Navigate the sales process from initial contact to close, ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Possess a valid Florida Driver’s License.
Dependable personal transportation is a must.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to persuade and influence others in a sales environment.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
High level of energy and a positive attitude towards work challenges.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Previous sales experience is advantageous, but not mandatory, as training is provided.
