Our client, a leading organization in the distribution and supply chain industry, is seeking a Customer Service Professional to join their team. As a Customer Service Professional, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting client relationships and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong desire to learn, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Service Professional

Location: Fairfield, OH

Pay Range: $22.52 per hour

Shift: 1st

What's the Job?

Respond to incoming calls, emails, and other requests from customers and internal business partners

Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and concerns

Seek assistance from team members when necessary to resolve issues

Recommend solutions for customer inquiries independently or with support from field representatives or managers

Manage order entry, follow-up, and tracking to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction

What's Needed?

Strong account management skills and customer service orientation

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

High attention to detail and quality of work

Ability to resolve basic issues independently or with team support

Proficiency with systems such as Salesforce.com, Microsoft Office, and other related tools
