The Opportunity:

CACI has a immediate opening for a Journeyman VIP Systems Support Analyst who will be responsible for providing an outstanding level of direct customer support to our DoD VIP users. You will bring your extensive experience in face-to-face VIP end-user technical support for unclassified and classified desktop/laptop computers, mobile devices, and experience in the JSP environment. You will analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure issues for VIP users. You will assist our client with planning and implementing new infrastructure projects. This role enables you to demonstrate your excellent customer service skills, problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills, planning and organizing skills, and understanding of IT service management to our VIP users as well as your colleagues. You will work onsite at the Pentagon Monday through Friday. You will support new requirements that may occasionally arise for after hours or weekend support. Responsibilities:

Provide face-to-face VIP end-user technical support for desktop/laptop computers and mobile devices and other IT issues Analyzes, troubleshoots and resolves issues with IT infrastructure for VIP users.

Trouble shoot and take the initiative to resolve VIP user technical issues.

Track, diagnose, and coordinate help desk support for OUSD(C) VIP user technical problems Act as a liaison between VIP users and JSP VIP support Coordinate JSP Move, Add, Change VIP requests Assist installing and configuring software.

Set up VCT and conference calls Supports client with planning and implementing new infrastructure projects.

Shift will be onsite Monday through Friday, 0730-1600. Work Location is Pentagon

Qualifications:

Required:

Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience

5+ years relevant IT experience

4+ years user support experience

Direct functional experience with DoD Business systems

Experience in the DISA J6 or equivalent Service Desk support environment

Experience supporting client VIP staff

Experience planning and coordinating infrastructure projects

Willingness to work onsite daily Monday through Friday, 0730-1600

DOD 8570 IAT Level II certification required (i.e. Security+CE)

Minimum current DoD Secret clearance

Desired:

Experience with Joint Service Provider (JSP) Pentagon JSP VIP support environment and processes

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$72,700 - $149,200
