Your Key Responsibilities:
Support Finance Lead for Americas to execute Perfumery & Beauty strategy
Implement Global Planning and Analysis process and tools, while ensuring strategic partnership with Head of Regional Consumer Beauty, North America and Agilex, and their Leadership Team
Provide accurate, relevant, timely financial & non-financial analyses: figures validated by controlling for monthly activities, latest estimates, budget or business cases for investments, business developments or strategic scenarios
Ensure decision-making process is sustained by figures validated by Finance, be it for monthly activities, latest estimates, budget or business cases for investments or strategic scenarios
Be the ambassador of financial and controlling culture promoting internal tools, full Profit & Loss (P&L) performance analysis, Working Capital and Business Cases tracking during monthly management reviews and management meetings
Support the implementation of a strong local Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process & Inventory loss review process with active participation and actively support local finance team in ongoing internal and external audits for all areas related to business

You Bring:
Minimum of 5 years' relevant finance experience as a Financial Analyst or Business Controller, preferably with commercial finance experience
Proficiency in SAP, Excel, Power BI, or similar data management tools
Experienced in Financial Modeling, Budgeting & Forecasting, with strong analytical skills
Strong business and strategic acumen, demonstrating courage and conviction to drive change and to positively challenge and convey opinions at Executive meetings
Effective and professional communication and organizational skills
Self-motivated, resilient, with capacity to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
The salary or hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant's job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Salary $128,700-$170,000.
In addition to base salary, we also offer a comprehensive total rewards package, inclusive of annual incentive pay, a retirement savings plan, health care coverage, paid time off, recognition programs and a broad range of other benefits. All benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements.
