What's a typical day as Team Lead, Manufacturing? You'll be:
Supervising the daily function of the chemical repacking department, ensuring timely completion of production plans to meet customer requirements and business targets.
Driving performance metrics in safety, quality, delivery, and productivity while collaborating with planning, warehouse, and quality teams to eliminate obstacles.
Leading and supporting the Repack team, establishing transparent expectations, objectives, and performance benchmarks.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Have 3 - 5 years of dynamic experience in manufacturing, operations, or supply chain, with prior employee management experience strongly preferred.
Possess strong communication and people leadership skills, with a proven track record in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement (Green Belt certification preferred).
Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
