Manpower is seeking an Onsite Support Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have administrative assistant experience and excellent computer skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Onsite Support Specialist

Pay Rate: $21-$24 per hour based on experience

Location: Dunkirk NY 14048

What's the Job?

Administer the onboarding of associates and provide pre-assignment orientation. Ensure employees are paid for their orientation training.

Conduct weekly inventory of PPE

Ownership of time clock, correcting errors, reviewing reports for accuracy. Also providing other requested management reports.

Monitor employee attendance

Maintain employee files and HIPPA information securely and privately.

What's Needed?

3+ years of appropriate office experience preferred including experience with Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel, Teams and familiar with PowerPoint.

Experience in HR Generalist and/or Staffing preferred.

Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.

Team player who is highly service oriented, independent, patient, and flexible.
