Senior Administrative Assistant- Full Time/ Days

Texas Health Denton is looking for a top skilled Senior Administrative Assistant. Is that you?

Work location: Texas Health Denton: 3000 N I-35 Denton, TX 76201

Work hours: Full Time (40 Hour) Day Shift from 7:30A-4:00P with possibilities of occasional nights and weekends

Here's What You Need

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent REQUIRED

Experience

5 years in support of a department or supervisor or projects REQUIRED Excel and Microsoft office experience preferred Planning/ engagement experience preferred

What You Will Do

Relieves management of daily operational problems by responding to all forms of inquiries by seeking the appropriate resources for resolution. May have receptionist responsibilities for management or the department. Develops relationships with internal personnel or departments, vendors or customers to follow-up with issues, obtain services, or finalize plans or agreements. Assists management with maintenance of Policies and Procedures, documentation revisions and recording of meeting minutes. Uses various database software to create routine and non-routine reports, presentation materials or documents. Uses advanced software programs e.g. spreadsheets, graphics to create or generate documents, web pages or articles, statistical reports or tables, graphics presentations, or educational materials requiring data collection, mathematical manipulations, or information research. If applicable, responsible for maintenance of department mailing lists, various logs e.g. mail, visitors, licensing logs. May perform data entry into databases e.g. time and labor. May be responsible for data integrity of unit databases, reports or documents. Assists management with budget development, expense tracking. Responsible for direct input of data or creation for various reports to assist in the budgeting process. Acts as functional or department liaison for project(s) and/or supervisor(s). May act as the dept trainer for specific skills or be responsible for simple data management, research or reporting. Other duties as assigned

Our four-story specialty center for women and infants features 12 labor and delivery beds, 2 C-section suites along with 6 antepartum and 24 postpartum beds. Texas Health Denton is the city's only provider of obstetrical and neonatal intensive care services and is the largest provider of obstetrical services in Denton County. The ground floor houses a breast imaging center, outpatient physical therapy, cardiac rehabilitation and an internal medicine residency program.
