As a member of our team, you will be at the heart of our restaurant operations, ensuring each guest feels welcomed and well cared for. You will have the opportunity to interact with a diverse range of customers, showcase our unique menu offerings, and contribute to a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Interaction: Greet guests warmly and promptly upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

Order Taking: Accurately take food and drink orders, offering suggestions and recommendations when necessary.

Service Delivery: Serve food and beverages efficiently, adhering to our standards of quality and presentation.

Menu Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the menu, including daily specials and dietary options, to effectively assist and inform guests.

Table Management: Monitor and manage assigned tables to ensure guest satisfaction, addressing any concerns or needs swiftly.

Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.

Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and dining areas, following health and safety regulations.

Payment Processing: Accurately process guest payments, ensuring correct handling of cash and credit transactions.

Qualifications:

Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required; we provide training for enthusiastic and motivated individuals.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Capacity to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds as needed.
