Key Responsibilities of these projects may include:

Analyze client business goals, market trends, and competitive positioning to craft tailored marketing strategies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, digital, and sales departments, to implement marketing plans effectively.

Develop customer personas and target market insights to ensure campaigns are audience-focused and results-driven.

Plan and optimize content, messaging, and channel strategies across multiple platforms, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing.

Monitor and interpret campaign analytics to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and evolving customer behaviors to identify opportunities for innovation.

Support clients in managing their marketing budgets and ensuring financial efficiency within campaign execution.

Requirements

Preferred Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

3-5+ years of experience in marketing or strategic planning roles (agency experience preferred).

Strong knowledge of marketing analytics, platforms, and tools (Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, CRM systems, etc.).

Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Proven track record of driving successful, measurable marketing campaigns.

Ability to juggle multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in marketing technologies such as social media management platforms, email marketing tools, and data visualization software.

Experience in developing omni-channel marketing strategies.

Familiarity with B2B and B2C marketing dynamics.
