Our client, a leading logistics and warehousing company, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the operations support team, ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Sparta TN

Pay Range: $16.00

Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 or 4:00 PM

What's the Job?

Accurately pick and pack orders with attention to detail

Load and unload palletized products and cases from trailers

Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided if needed)

Maintain inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation

Use warehouse technology to scan and prepare items for shipment

What's Needed?

Ability to lift 30-50 lbs consistently

Previous warehouse or production experience is a plus

Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Reliable and hardworking attitude
