Pay: 27.96/hr.

Schedule: Full Time M-F - 40 hours per week

Location: on site - Wilson, NC

Must be able to provide own device (i.e.. Laptop, tablet)

What's a typical day like?

Provides a wide range of administrative support management

Schedules and coordinates meetings, makes appointments.

Coordinates, prepares and edits reports and presentations.

Prepares memorandums.

Organizes files, performs data entry, and maintains accurate records.

Collects and prepares information for management use.

Handles confidential information.

Must be able to provide own device (i.e.. Laptop, tablet)

This job might be an outstanding fit for those who:

High School degree or GED required.

2 plus years of related experience highly preferred

Intermediate to Advanced level Microsoft Office software programs.

Must be able to multitask in a dynamic team environment, with little direction, and be detailed oriented with strong organization skills.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills needed.
