Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Integrated Business Plan Process for Established Products TA. This includes support of the Portfolio Management Review and leadership of Demand Reviews.
Monitor and communicate progress of regional strategy and tactics, and risk mitigation, to ensure business success (IMSC leadership/Organization and Commercial leadership/organization.)
Along with key stakeholders (QA, VCM, Plan, Deliver, others) actively participate and be a voice of leadership in IMT meetings related to the portfolio.
Develop an understanding of the NA region including customer needs, macro-economic, policy, distribution channels, competitive landscape, and overall therapeutic area(s.)
Partner with IMSC Strategy & Deployment and Value Chain Teams to support Product/Portfolio Strategy development and execution, including launches, delists, and divestments.
Ensure MAPE & BIAS are continuously improving. Lead demand events in a volatile business environment.
Conducts advanced analyses of trends and the competitive landscape to continually improve the organization's Demand Planning strategy.
Ensure the accuracy of the data are timely reflected in the main Demand intake systems (Anaplan & OMP)
Lead demand allocations.
Qualifications:
Education:
Minimum of a Bachelor's/University or equivalent degree is required; advanced degree or MBA and/or focused degree in Logistics, Engineering, Business, or Analytics preferred
Experience and Skills:
Required:
At least 8 years of relevant work experience
Pharmaceutical/healthcare supply chain/planning experience
Preferred:
Experience with Commercial, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, and/or Commercial Quality
Demonstrated end-to-end thinking and learning agility
Experience leading/managing projects or initiatives
Ability to build robust working relationships cross-functionally and cross company
Other:
This position may require up to 25% travel, domestic and/or international
Requires the ability, through our flexible work policy, to work on-site a minimum of three days each week, with the option for two remote workdays each week

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
120,000.00 - 207,000.00
