Kelly® is looking for a Plastic Manufacturing Associate to work at a premier plastic manufacturing facility in Indianapolis, IN. Let us help you grow at work and discover the next step in your career, all while being a vital part of your community.

Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $19.26/hr

Shift Hours: Monday to Friday 2:30pm-11:00pm

What's a typical day as a Plastic Manufacturing Associate? You'll be:

Operating one to five robotic plastic injection molding machines during your shift - Performing visual inspections and packaging of plastic parts to ensure top quality - Running auto load assembly machines and inspecting packaged products - Identifying and reporting any quality issues to the appropriate personnel

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have basic math, attention to detail, and basic computer skills

Work effectively with a sense of urgency and enjoy team-focused environments - Have previous experience in manufacturing and/or injection molding (preferred) - Are skilled at handling small or delicate parts (medical/pharmaceutical experience preferred)

Understand and adhere to policies and procedures, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

Are quality-conscious and have an aptitude for maintaining accurate records
