Senior Manager, Asset Protection - Store Investigations

Position Summary...

The Senior Manager of Store Investigations - Asset Protection Hub at Walmart will be responsible for leading a team of investigators to mitigate internal theft and digital theft across all Walmart U.S. stores. This role will also evaluate new and evolving methods of fraud and collaborate with business partners to develop prevention strategies.

What you'll do...

Develop and Implement Internal and Digital Investigation Strategies: Create, communicate, and execute business strategies for asset protection, ensuring the implementation of sound internal and digital investigation strategies.

Conduct Investigations: Investigate various methods of internal theft and digital theft using various sources of intel from field, cash management, data analysis, and other cross functional teams.

Data Driven Analysis: Analyze datasets to identify trends, enabling proactive monitoring and data-driven investigations.

Develop Internal and External Relationships: Collaborate with the Asset Protection Hub, cross-functional leaders, and external business partners to drive remediation efforts based on investigation intelligence.

Global Security Operations Center Support (GSOC): Support Asset Protection GSOC operations during incidents and activations.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to a specific plan or program terms.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Production/Operations Management, or related field and 4 years' experience in asset protection, global security, auditing, program management, or related area OR 6 years' experience in asset protection, global security, auditing, program management, or related area. 2 years' supervisory experience.
