In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment while supporting engineering and manufacturing initiatives. You will collaborate with engineers, technicians, and cross-functional teams on real-world projects that drive operational excellence, product quality, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
As a Manufacturing Intern, you will:
Support the development and completion of compliance matrices.
Assist in preparing and updating PFMEA documentation.
Contribute to risk assessments for manufacturing processes.
Participate in the design of tooling to support production.
Conduct process development experiments and report findings.
Actively participate in group design reviews.
Work within the configuration management system to maintain and track program documentation.
Perform data reporting and analysis (qualitative and quantitative) across programs.
Qualifications
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in MS Excel, SolidWorks, and other engineering/business software.
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Ability to adapt and respond effectively in a fast-changing, complex environment.
Confidence in communicating across all levels of the organization.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while supporting broader program goals.
Willingness to participate in hands-on engineering and development activities.

Pay Range
The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 41,600.00 - 83,200.00
Is this role subject to ITAR?
The essential duties of this position require adherence to U.S. Government export control regulations.
