Job Title: Residential Electrical Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Residential Electrical Technician to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be committed to delivering professional and quality electrical services that surpass customer expectations.

Responsibilities

Perform residential electrical services including installation of outlets, fixtures, and panels.

Plan, layout, and install electrical wiring and equipment based on blueprints and job specifications in accordance with NEC and local code.

Diagnose malfunctioning systems and components using test equipment to locate and correct breakdowns.

Provide high-quality craftsmanship ensuring services meet or exceed customer expectations.

Coordinate the ordering of materials through designated channels.

Communicate effectively with management on challenges, successes, and needs to enhance value and service delivery.

Ensure accuracy and timely submission of all necessary documentation, including responding to communications, quoting services, and managing payments.

Contribute to growing our customer base and service range through growth-related initiatives.

Essential Skills

Minimum of 4-5 years of residential electrical experience, including remodel and new construction.

Good understanding of NEC and local requirements.

Possession of hand tools and a clean driving record.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with conduit bending, wiring, and construction.

Ability to pull wire and bend conduit.

Honesty and integrity, with a friendly and customer-focused demeanor.

Professional appearance and willingness to exceed expectations.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr.
