WHAT IS THE OBJECTIVE OF A DISH STEWARD AT THE KLING HOUSE RESTRAURANT?
Assist with our Vision of Spreading Happiness and our Mission of creating exceptional experiences and lasting memories by assisting in the maintenance and the cleaning of a food service facility with the timely cleaning of all serving and cooking vessels; cleaning of restrooms and vacuuming of carpets in dining room.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Responsible for the timely and thorough cleaning of serving and cooking utensils.
Final removal of all refuse from the building and the final cleaning of the floors throughout the kitchen and placing all washed hardware.
Removal of trash and cardboard to the appropriate dumpster locations.
Maintain a clean dry floor throughout the kitchen and throughout the entire shift.
Clean and maintain all storage shelves and assist in stocking of incoming product as directed by manager or kitchen staff.
Assist with basic food prep tasks when necessary.
Assist with receiving and storing all goods.
Maintain a daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning list as assigned.
Must be available to work Saturdays and holidays as needed.
