Job Description

Eligibility: Open exclusively to Dougherty Family College Scholars

What You'll Do

Join us for a paid internship experience designed to be as dynamic and personalized as your ambitions. We believe your time should be spent doing meaningful work in a place that inspires you-not just earning a paycheck.

As an intern, you will:

Gain hands-on experience addressing real business challenges

Contribute to the communities where we live and work

Preferred Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and professionally

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

Adaptability to work across disciplines and embrace on-the-job learning

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $21.25 - $28.32
