Overview
Mobile Health is seeking a self-sufficient and experienced Registered Nurse to lead and manage our Manhattan clinical practice. The Clinical Site Manager is responsible for all aspects of site operations, including clinical oversight, staff leadership, and day-to-day operational management of the practice. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality patient care, compliance with regulatory standards, and the efficient, profitable operation of the clinic.
The Site Manager oversees all clinical and administrative staff within their assigned location, managing scheduling, workflows, patient flow, and operational processes. In addition, this leader works closely with other Site Managers and the central leadership team to maintain consistency, share best practices, and ensure all clinics are properly staffed and operating smoothly.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing a full-service healthcare practice, with a strong background in occupational health and/or urgent care. Success in this role requires a proactive, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance clinical quality with operational excellence.

This position includes travel locally. Additional travel to corporate headquarters for meetings and training may be necessary. Company-related travel, outside of the standard commute, will be reimbursed.

Full-time Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays.
Compensation
Salary Range: $115,000- $125,000 per year

Mobile Health is seeking a self-sufficient and experienced Registered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. The Site Manager of our clinics will be responsible for all of the staff and operations within their assigned location(s). This Clinical Site Manager is responsible for our Mobile Health Clinical location in Manhattan. The Site manager works closely with the other Site Managers to ensure that all sites are properly staffed and operating smoothly. The ideal candidate will have management-level experience, with a strong background in occupational health and/or urgent care. This role requires a proactive individual who can function independently and is adept at developing and maintaining professional relationships.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to the following:
· Direct managerial responsibility of staff including receptionists, matrons, Medical Assistants, Registered Nurses and Clinicians (PA's and NP's)
· Coordination and management of staff schedules
· Monitor employee annual accruals and PTO
· Conduct all training, annual performance appraisals and issue disciplinary actions as needed
· Resolution of all patient and client concerns that occur at each facility
· Implementation of operational changes
· Implementation and management of cost controls
· Conduct monthly staff meetings to convey new policies, procedures, and relevant changes
· Collaborate with fellow Site Managers on ways to improve patient flow, efficiency, and customer service
· Lead, mentor and develop clinical and supporting staff. Fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth
· Maintenance of adequate inventory levels to support patient services
· Facility upkeep and maintenance
· Ensuring excellence at your location(s) - clinically and customer service

· Experience in full practice management, including clinical operations, administrative workflows, and oversight of insurance billing and reimbursement processes.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
· In-depth knowledge of clinical operations, practice management, and healthcare administration, including scheduling, patient flow, and staffing.
· Strong understanding of occupational health, urgent care, or related healthcare settings.
· Knowledge of regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and quality improvement initiatives in healthcare.
· Familiarity with insurance billing, reimbursement processes, and cost-control strategies.
· Working knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems, clinical workflows, and reporting tools.
· Proven leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to mentor, coach, and develop multidisciplinary clinical and administrative staff.
· Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage patients, staff, and leadership.
· Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills to address patient, client, or staff concerns promptly and professionally.
· Financial management skills, including budgeting, resource allocation, and cost-control implementation.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other practice management software.
· Ability to lead by example, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
· Ability to adapt to changing priorities, operational needs, and patient volume demands.
· Ability to analyze operational workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement process improvements.
· Ability to ensure high standards of patient care, safety, and customer service across all operations.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical standards in all interactions.
Ability to collaborate effectively with peers, leadership, and cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals
Experience & Education
· Current Registered Nurse license and certification
· Minimum of five (5) years of experience in managing a diverse staff
· Experience running a medical practice (s)
· Experience mentoring and leading a staff during a period of organizational change
· Strong background in occupational health/urgent care and or primary care
· Ability to work independently and be a team player, willing and able to roll up his/her sleeves to do whatever it takes to get the job done
· Proficiency in designing and redesigning workflows
· The ability to look at situations logically and analytically
· Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
· Leadership skills with the ability to supervise and mentor support staff
· Possess effective oral and written communication skills and customer service skills
· Proficient computer skills and experience with electronic medical records
· Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus (not required)
· Current RN License granted by the New York State Department of Education preferred
· Current BLS or ACLS certification, either by American Heart Association or American Red Cross preferred
· Current Infection Control Certificate
· Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program
