Duties and Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools, resources, and processes.
Resolve customer complaints, manage conflict, and escalate issues appropriately to ensure customer satisfaction.
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests effectively.
Maintain customer records by updating account information in the database.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies as per company standards.
Work with the customer service team to guarantee a consistent and high-quality service is offered.
Handle sensitive information confidentially and according to the legal guidelines.

Requirements

Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening capabilities.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices along with the ability to type and manage administrative projects.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fully remote environment.
Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage but not required.
Flexibility to work different shifts or extra hours as needed based on the customer's timezone.
