Event Promotions Assistant - Entry Level

We’re hiring a motivated and proactive Entry-Level Event Promotions Assistant to support our growing team!

This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to gain hands-on experience in promotional marketing, campaign execution, and event coordination. You’ll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your creativity and energy will help bring our brand to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, organizing, and executing promotional events to increase brand awareness and audience engagement
Support the marketing team with the rollout of campaigns, activations, and brand initiatives
Collect, track, and analyze event data, feedback, and KPIs to help optimize future events
Conduct market and competitor research to inform promotional strategies
Coordinate efforts between marketing, sales, and public relations teams to ensure alignment on goals
Serve as an enthusiastic brand ambassador at events by interacting with attendees, answering questions, and gathering insights

Qualifications:

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Creative thinker with a passion for marketing, branding, and event coordination
Positive, solution-oriented attitude with excellent problem-solving skills
Team player with strong interpersonal and collaboration abilities
Eagerness to learn and grow in a marketing, promotions, or event support role
