The Dock Coordinator is responsible for accurate inspection, data gathering, data input, shipping, receiving, and documents of all inventories. This position keeps the warehouse orderly in accordance with sanitation standards including AIB rules and regulations, assists with scheduled inventory counts and in communicating and working with volunteers as needed.

Primary Responsibilities:**
Accurate data gathering and data entry into Ceres ERP system
Weigh, count, and document all inbound shipments
Accurately input all donations as well as purchased loads from a variety of donors/vendors
Communicate and work well with the food sourcing department often to maintain proper information and data tracking
Accurately tag all itemized items with proper pallet tags to ensure inventory control is maintained
Responsible for unloading/loading all inbound/outbound shipments safely, moving products to storage locations or distribution, and efficiently stacking and store the products in the appropriate area.
Check and count freight for accuracy, infestation, and/or damage to incoming food donations and purchased food
Document and complete receiving logs
Operate a forklift for the purpose of loading and unloading inbound and outbound trailers, for moving, locating, stacking and placement of inventory
Accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the forklifts and all other equipment
Maintain an accurate and well-organized warehouse and receiving/shipping dock. This includes maintaining a clean; neat, and orderly work area
Maintain warehouse sanitation according to Feeding America (FA), AIB & Food Bank of the Rockies standards
Communicate any equipment maintenance needs to Warehouse Equipment and Sustainability Supervisor; this would include cleanliness, temperature, and proper operation of freezers and coolers
Utilize the current WMS application and/or RF technology equipment
Responsible for processing outbound delivery/loads with manifests/BOL created accurately
Will assist other departments as needed, such as Distribution, Reclamation, and Transportation
Assist with scheduled inventorycounts as scheduled
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Good knowledge of computer Microsoft Corporation software, printers, ERP systems

Primarily works in warehouse environment with frequent exposure to outdoor conditions
Occasional work in cold storage environments with temperatures ranging from 40 degrees Fahrenheit to --10 degrees Fahrenheit.
Frequent handling of equipment used to facilitate the sale, storage, transport, and disposal of food
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum one (1) year experience working in a warehouse or dock operations environment
Experience operating warehouse equipment including sit down/stand up forklift and motorized pallet jack
Food warehousing experience preferred
Computer skills to include RF technology, WMS, ERP systems, Microsoft Outlook & Teams for email/calendar and interdepartmental communications preferred
Expected Hours of Work:
This role is considered full-time working approximately 40 hours per week. The position's work schedule is primarily Monday through Friday 6 AM to 2:30 PM, with occasional evenings and Saturdays.
Compensation:
$20.75 - $21.50
