Job Title: Warehouse Lead

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to manage all warehouse functions, including inbound and outbound logistics, inventory control, and order fulfillment. You will lead and support a team of warehouse associates, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement. Additionally, you will uphold OSHA regulations and company safety procedures to ensure a secure working environment and collaborate closely with production, procurement, and logistics teams to coordinate material flow and meet production schedules.

Responsibilities

Manage all warehouse functions including inbound/outbound logistics, inventory control, and order fulfillment.

Maintain optimal storage conditions, especially in temperature-sensitive areas.

Lead and support a team of warehouse associates, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.

Uphold OSHA regulations and company safety procedures.

Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to coordinate material flow and meet production schedules.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Bilingual is nice-to-have.

Previous food industry experience.

Ability to work productively with minimal supervision.

Leadership experience.

Work Environment

Work in a clean environment following GMP standards on a 1st shift schedule, Monday to Friday, with expected hours ranging from 40 to 50 per week.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $48880.00 - $53040.00/yr.
