The Future Talent Program offers internships lasting up to 12 weeks, featuring one or more projects designed to enhance your skills and provide insight into our company's culture and long-term opportunities. These internships within our Research and Development Division offer valuable professional development and an opportunity to explore if our company aligns with your career goals.
The Regulatory Planning and Publishing (RPP) team is dedicated to driving innovative quality planning, ensuring excellence in publishing and delivery, and maintaining compliance for regulatory submissions worldwide. Regulatory Planning and Publishing drives innovation through collaboration, and a commitment to quality and compliance in alignment with our company's core values.? The organization consists of Portfolio and Program Management (PPM) and Submission Publishing (SP). Additionally, two supportive functions, Quality and Compliance Management (QCM) and Digital Innovation and Systems (DIS) provide support to all planning and publishing activities.
Interns in Regulatory Planning and Publishing will support submission delivery activities across planning and publishing. Projects may include process improvement initiatives, documentation support, and training material development. The internship provides a comprehensive overview of the end-to-end submission process and may involve hands-on document publishing. Interns will apply critical thinking and creativity to drive innovation and efficiency in their projects.
Participants are expected to uphold high ethical standards and professional judgment, recognizing the confidential nature of their work. Final responsibility for any regulatory activities the participant may contribute to rests with the permanent company manager.
Additionally, Interns will benefit from networking opportunities, training, and mentorship within their functional or career areas of interest.
Education:
Candidates must be currently pursuing a minimum of a Bachelor's degree (and have completed at least their sophomore year by May of 2026)
Applicants pursuing degrees in the Life Sciences and other relevant fields such as Computer Science, Health Policy, and English are encouraged to apply
Required Experience and Skills:
Candidates must be able to work full-time for up to (12) weeks beginning in June of 2026.
Candidates must have demonstrated initiative, leadership, and ownership of tasks, with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
Candidates must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Candidates must have proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Candidates should be a quick learner who can manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates should possess strong teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently when needed.

Candidates should possess a willingness and ability to learn advanced features of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Candidates should have the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Candidates should be dependable, motivated, and attentive listener with a systems-thinking approach to understanding complex problems.
Candidates should have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate's relevant skills, experience, and education.
Salary range:
The salary range for this role is $39,600.00-$105,500.00 USD

U.S. Hybrid Work Model
