BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST PRINCIPAL
Contribute to the strategic direction of the business and support impactful mission outcomes as a Business Process Analyst Principal at GDIT. Here, you'll enable the success of the most critical government missions and the growth of a meaningful career in Process and Operational Efficiency .
MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT
As a Business Process Analyst Principal, the work you'll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of the PIVOT-I Program. You will play a crucial role in ensuring quality management and compliance for the program.
Quality Management Program Lead Responsibilities:
Establishing and maintaining an efficient/effective processes to ensure the quality of products and services throughout the program
Reviewing, auditing, and improving program activities and work products for compliance with acceptance criteria including but not limited to Performance Work Statement (PWS), documented processes/ procedures/guidelines, and program standards and procedures
Implementing new processes and/or artifacts from adoption phase to maintenance phase with a high focus on consistency and measure of success
Issuing Corrective and Preventive Actions when there is a major non-compliance with quality or program policies, or should the program fail to meet performance standards
Identifying responsible team member(s) to address audit findings
Participating in root cause analysis and tracking of actions through resolution
Recommending process improvements to the PIVOT-I Team based on best practices identified within and/or outside GDIT, and aid in their implementation
Assisting the PIVOT-I team in resolving quality-issued action items
Ensuring implementation of the appropriate peer review process. Providing QA review of contractual deliverables and other internal documentation based on contract requirements.
Report on QA/QC activities and program compliance to the program senior management
Participating in GDIT Integrated Software Engineering (ISE) Auditors Meeting to report program audit activities status and share best practices and lessons learned
Participating in lifecycle activities such as internal Program Management Reviews (PMRs) and Milestone Reviews
Coordinating with the PIVOT-I Team to determine, document, and track program- specific performance metrics and verify that these metrics are being met
Supporting activities prescribed in the Program Measurement Plan, Configuration Management Plan, and Risk Management Plan
Supporting process tailoring activities to align GDIT processes to contract needs
Maintaining the programs artifact and collaboration repositories per the organization's standard
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Bring your initiative and drive for innovation to GDIT. The Business Process Analyst Principal must have:
? Education: BA/BS degree and 8 years of experience or 12 years of experience in lieu of degree
? Experience: 5+ years
? Technical skills: ITIL Foundation Certification or experience working in an IT Service Management environment preferred (required to have ITIL Certification within 3 months if hired) of related experience
? US citizenship required
? Role requirements:
Working knowledge of CMMI-SVC v3.0 framework and auditing against CMMI-SVC best practices
Configuration Management experience
Risk Management experience
Agile Methodologies experience
Working knowledge of MS Office Suite Products
Creating and maintaining SharePoint sites/Teams Channels with appropriate permission levels for maximum collaboration
Prior experience with SOP repositories
Version/history control
Strong Interpersonal Skills
Courage to question the process to better understand and implement improvements
Solid communication skills - verbal and written
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask in a stressful environment
Experience working remotely

The likely salary range for this position is $106,250 - $143,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.

Paid leave and paid holidays are prorated based on the employee's date of hire.
