Overview
An Account Supervisor demonstrates market insights and supplies to the strategic marketing plan. Provides day-to-day leadership bridging executional excellence and central initiatives. The Account Supervisor collaborates across departments to achieve high-quality, efficient outcomes. Excellent business insight, strong relationship-building skills, and a curiosity about problem-solving are essential. Crafting clear, focused stories and always having a grounded point of view is essential. As a new manager, the Supervisor will contribute to mentorship and growth of other team members.
Manage complex, interrelated projects that span multiple areas or departments and manage workflow
Craft clear, compelling stories in partnership with Planning that inspire business driving creative briefs (and be able to help others do this)
Strong understanding of the digital activation landscape and how to leverage for 360 retail plans
Master of synthesizing meetings, capturing key takeaways, and providing clear direction to teams
Anticipate questions from clients or internally, and be prepared with solves
Elevating to strategic creative, people management and ownership
Serve as coach, mentor and sounding board to those below you and be the right hand of those above you

Responsibilities
Drive creative to connect to overarching strategy
Help to reframe and guide to new themes or ideas
Identify creative, business and exposure opportunities
Have line of sight and input to scope
Consult on scope reconciliation
Working understanding of P&L and factors driving to get to the client margin
Understands financial implications of production decisions
Leverages expertise and experience when sharing POV
Identifies opportunities to incorporate sister agencies and ensures strategic alignment
Management & Leadership:
Managerial expectations with Business Leadership team members
Sets clear and regular performance expectations for employees at all levels
Brings team together for regular meetings with an organized and productive approach
Initiates 1x1 meetings with Direct Reports and Supervisor
Serves as a mentor and coaches staff in taking independent action
Demonstrates a poised, credible, and confident demeanor that reassures others and commands respect
Leads by example prioritizing cross-discipline partnerships
Demonstrates a commitment to the agency "team" as part of a positive mindset about the work, the client, and agency staff that is involved
Qualifications
6+ years experience
Works seamlessly across agency functions

Compensation Range: $73,910 - $96,140 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
