Administrative Assistant for our South Hackensack, NJ Office

Due to continued growth in 2025, we are hiring an additional full-time Administrative Assistant for our headquarters located in South Hackensack, NJ.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative assistance to the assigned Department which includes answering telephones, filing, scanning, typing, preparing reports, maintaining databases and preparing correspondence, forms, spreadsheets or documents, scheduling meetings and making travel arrangements if needed

Discreetly handle and maintain confidential information

Adhere to internal standards, policies, and procedures

Perform other duties as assigned

Provide event planning and logistics support for travel (both internal and external meetings, conferences)

Qualifications:

Detail-oriented in all facets of clerical work

Ability to multi-task

Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint

Highly proficient in Adobe Acrobat

Demonstrate key competencies in the areas of communication, organization, flexibility and adaptability, client relations, problem assessment/solving, and teamwork

Must be highly detail-oriented, organized, and a self-starter

Excellent verbal and written communication skills including proof reading, grammar, and punctuation

Engineering & Construction office administration experience similar to Boswell services is a strong plus, but not required

Salary Range: $ 50,000.00 to $ 60,000.00 per Year
