DESCRIPTION OF WORK
This leadership role is responsible for supervising and coordinating operational and service delivery activities across SERS' regional field offices. You will report to the Director of the Bureau of Member and Participant Services while working independently to implement policy, drive performance, and ensure statewide consistency in member experiences. Responsibilities include developing guidelines and policies that promote consistency and operational efficiency; establishing and monitoring budgets and ensuring compliance with regulations; facilitating communication across field offices and coordinating responses to retirement program issues; and preparing reports that evaluate field office performance in alignment with customer service, legal and regulatory standards.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Full-time employment
Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
Telework:You may have the opportunity to work from home part-time (hybrid telework schedule), up to two days per week, depending on operational needs. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you must work on-site at the work location specified in this job posting. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time. QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
One year as an Administrative Officer 3 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration);or
Six years of experience in progressively responsible and varied office management or staff work, including experience in personnel management, budgeting, or procurement; and such training as may have been gained through graduation from a four-year college or university;or
Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
