Primary responsibilities for Warehouse Associates include:

· Remove the finished goods cases from conveyors and position them on the finished goods pallet in the correct formation.

· Follow the SKU pallet pattern specification.

· Position interlayers sheets, corner posts, pallet tops as needed.

· Manually load bottles/barrels onto conveyors or into pucks.

· Use hand-tape to seal the open finished goods cases as needed.

· Check the presence of the SKU label on the finished goods cases and segregate the cases with missing labels.

· Ensure that the correct amount of product is in each case.

· Run the manual pallet stretch wrapper as needed.

· Keep areas clean and in order according to 5S area requirements.

· Monitor equipment and inform Colgate-Palmolive Personnel if there is a fault or issue with the equipment or quality of the product.

· Watch for defective bottles/barrels on the line (e.g. no product/empty, product on sides of bottles/barrels, missing labels, missing caps, etc.)

· Watch for fallen bottles/shippers/barrels/pucks to prevent jams and machine stoppage.

· Load packaging materials into hoppers/magazines (e.g. caps, shippers, pumps, etc.)

· Use powered equipment to move finished goods and materials.

· Clear jams and restart equipment. If there is a fault present, notify Colgate-Palmolive Personnel.

· Perform cleaning activities on exterior equipment surfaces and conveyors when stopped.

· Proactively keep the area clean of products and debris.

Pay Details: $12.00 to $13.00 per hour
