Our client, a leader in the heavy industrial sector, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the operations team supporting efficient warehouse functions. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: North Chicago, IL

Pay Range: $19.50 per hour

Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm

What's the Job?

Perform warehouse operations on the Receiving dock, including counting, sorting, and recording large, heavy-weight stock.

Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.

Assist with dock processing to ensure smooth operations.

Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.

Utilize warehouse equipment, including forklifts, after completing required training.

What's Needed?

High School Diploma or equivalent.

2+ years of previous warehouse experience.

Forklift certification or experience is a plus.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.

Strong work history demonstrating reliability and initiative.
