The Supply Chain Account Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing key client accounts, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of supply chain solutions. This role involves developing strong relationships with distributors, partners and/or customers, understanding their needs, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and optimize supply chain processes.
Responsibilities:
Account Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with distributors, partners and/or customers.
Act as the main point of contact for escalations, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Conduct regular meetings with distributors, partners and/or customers to review performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Supply Chain Coordination:
Collaborate with internal teams, including logistics, suppliers, and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery.
Monitor supply chain activities and workflows to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
Identify and address potential disruptions in the supply chain to maintain customer satisfaction.
Prepare and present account performance reports, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
Continuous Improvement:
Analyze supply chain processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation within the supply chain.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in supply chain, business, or related discipline.
8+ years of supply chain planning or related experience
Strong breadth in Materials management experience including Purchasing, Planning (Strategic & Tactical) and Manufacturing
Strong analytical skills required relative to data mining and process development/improvement
Experience creating and maintain process
Ability to work hybrid in Linconshire, IL or Holtsville, NY
Ability to travel 25%
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual Spanish spreaking is a plus
International Supply chain experience is a plus
Contract Manufacturing experience is a plus
Direct manufacturing experience in the electronics industry is a plus
In-Depth Oracle experience

Salary: USD 84400.00 - USD 126600.00 Yearly
Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
