Description

Robert Half has upcoming opportunities for experienced Executive Assistants. The executive assistant will report directly to and support director level, vice-presidents, and C-level executives. · Calendaring/calendar management

· Schedule meetings and conference calls

· Composing and screening correspondence

· Travel arrangements (air, ground, hotel accommodations)

· Preparing and/or editing presentations or meeting material

· Answer/screen calls

· Intermediate to advance proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word

Requirements

An ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience as an executive assistant supporting one or more executives, have high attention to detail, strong sense of urgency, and ability to manage shifting/conflicting priorities, apply today!
