The Opportunity

As part of the Software and Product Innovation team you will lead the strategic alignment and execution of innovative portfolio products. As a Senior Manager you will serve as a key decision-maker, delivering significant impact while engaging with clients and stakeholders to drive project success and operational excellence.

What You Must Have

High School Diploma

6 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

Bachelor's Degree preferred

Demonstrating in-depth abilities in technology solutions

Achieving strategic alignment with customer needs

Acting as key decision-maker for product ownership

Overseeing budgeting and funding allocations

Engaging with customers for market insights

Applying lean budgeting principles for maximum business impact

Facilitating cross-functional collaboration for project success

Maintaining continuity of technical knowledge

The salary range for this position is: $91,000 - $321,500, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
