Job Description:

What You'll Do

Responsible for onboarding and providing operational support to new participants as network partners.

Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.

How You'll Do It

Provides support to acquirers, network partners, and/or processors. Researches complex situations and supports participants with operations.

Supports business development teams to expand acceptance. Onboardings new franchises, acquirers, processors, and software vendors on the network. Assists with contract negotiation and due diligence.

Supports participants through the semi- annual release process. Manages and coordinates certification. Ensures participants are in compliance with operating rules and regulations. Engages participants to support network initiatives.

Analyzes end to end transaction processing, troubleshoots issues and acceptance complaints, and support issuer launches.

Mentors team members. Executes department initiatives. Leads the department to ensure processes and projects are well documented to meet auditing requirements.

Qualifications You'll Need

Minimum Requirements

Bachelors Finance, Business Administration and Management, Information Technology, Engineering or related.

4+ years Payments, financial services, or related field

In Lieu of Education Experience

6+ years Payments, financial services, or related field

Preferred Requirements

Experience with compliance activities, Operational support functions including Operational Regulations and specifications

Travel Requirements - Travel up to 10% of the time.

Compensation:

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $77,500.00 to $131,500.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
