The Tactical Strike Portfolio within the Strike Initiatives (SI) Sub-Strategic Business Unit (SSBU), under Raytheon - Air & Space Defense Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Production Analyst role supporting the StormBreaker production program with an average $300M annual sales. This is a highly visible role within the Tactical Strike Finance organization, and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to join the day to day execution of the production pillar under the TS umbrella. This role is supporting the Production Finance Lead and will interact with the Tactical Strike leadership team through the quarter EAC review cycle.
What You Will Do
The selected individual will be responsible for aspects of financial control, including review of financial forecasts, risks & opportunities, manpower reporting, EACs, funding analysis, proposals/ECP's support, customer deliverables (CDRLs), negotiations and gate support alongside the Production Finance Lead.
Provide thorough cost and schedule analysis
Prepare finance charts for Program Management Reviews, monthly operating reviews, financial overviews and other reporting activities as required
Coordinate development of quarterly Estimates at Complete
Prepare manpower reports to support staffing demand reviews including working with cross function leads to identify gaps and plans to closure
Support the monthly forecast / close process
Support proposal development and program start up activities
Prepare monthly Performance Based Payment (PBP) invoices and lead weekly PBP reviews
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a Bachelor's and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years experience
Experience with the MS Office suite
Qualifications We Prefer
Broad understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and the Cost Accounting Standards (CAS).
Experience with Finance CDRLs (CSDR, CFSR, QLOP)
Experience in DoD or Aerospace
Experience on high visibility projects and production programs
Familiarity with Raytheon business systems, including SAP, BW, PRISM, RPlan, PMX, EDIT+ or similar systems
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to be proactive, creative, and innovative and use critical and strategic thinking

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
