JOB REQUIREMENTS: MANUFACTURING ENGINEER sought in Mount Pleasant, WI. Job Duties: Design and proto@type custom fixtures using CAD software such as SolidWorks to support data server assembly operations. Collaborate with automation solution vendors to design, develop, and implement automated assembly stations for critical parts, involving integrated mechatronic components such as PLCs, sensors, robotic arms, pneumatic actuators, barcode scanners, vision systems, and HMI interfaces. Define specifications, review mechanical and control logic schematics, and perform onsite debugging and deployment. Analyze general assembly guides and translate them into well-defined process flows. Segment tasks across manual and automated stations, incorporating Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles. Create and maintain comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and operator training materials. Support transition from NPI to mass production, ensuring process scalability and production readiness. Support daily production by conducting root cause analysis. Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to optimize throughput, reduce defects, and eliminate non-value-added activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Industrial Engineering, and IT) to implement sustainable solutions. Track and report performance to quantify improvement outcomes and support data-driven decision-making. Evaluate and optimize in-house Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) systems to improve detection accuracy and operational efficiency. Education Required: Master\'s degree in Manufacturing Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Experience Required:12 months experience on job offered as Manufacturing Engineer.
