As a Sales Manager - Business Sales, you will lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing sales team to exceed goals, drive growth, and deliver exceptional client solutions.

What you'll do:

Lead and Develop Sales Teams: Direct, supervise, and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and feedback to optimize individual and team performance.

Drive Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business, expand existing accounts, and achieve revenue targets.

Manage Key Client Relationships: Oversee and nurture relationships with key clients, participate in complex negotiations, and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Optimize Territory Performance: Allocate and manage sales territories to ensure optimal coverage and maximize business opportunities.

Oversee Team Operations: Execute sales plans, assign tasks, monitor adherence to company policies, and influence hiring and promotional decisions within your team.

What you'll need:

Proven Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate sales teams to achieve or exceed targets.

Strategic Sales Planning : Strong skills in developing and implementing effective sales strategies.

Client Relationship Management: Expertise in building, maintaining, and expanding client relationships.

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to assess performance, resolve complex issues, and drive continuous improvement.

Sales Operations Experience: Familiarity with territory management, resource allocation, and sales plan execution.

What you'll bring:

Extensive Sales Experience : 8+ years of related sales experience, including experience with business-to-business sales.

Educational Background : Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired.

Product and Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of AT&T's solutions and market positioning in connectivity, technology, and communications.

Decision-Making: Experience with hiring, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.

Track Record of Success: Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets in a complex business environment.

Our Sales Manager - Business Sales, earn between $85,400 - $128,000 + commissions with a total target compensation of $149,400 - $192,000.
