Schedule: FT, Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm, may vary

Hospital: Ascension St. John Medical Center

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of customer service functions.

Handle customer service inquiries and problems.

Provide orientation and education for various @types of equipment to customers.

May also include instructions on patient owned repairs.

Use systems for tracking, information gathering, or troubleshooting.

Respond to inquiries and may refer customers to secondary sources.

Maintain records as appropriate.

Requirements

Education:

High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

Additional Preferences

Excellent customer services skills and communication skills

Flexible, schedule may vary depending on need, occasional weekend shift will be required, as well as holiday shifts

Must be a team player, friendly and outgoing

Solid computer skills

Ability to handle fast paced environment

Multi-task oriented

Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus
