Job Title: Electrical Assembly Technician
Job Description
Join our team as a first-shift Electrical/Mechanical Assembly Technician in the DC department. This role involves assembling solar panel power boxes and switchboards in a large, clean, and quiet manufacturing facility. You will work Monday through Thursday, with potential overtime on Friday as needed.
Responsibilities
Pull and spool wire as part of the assembly process.
Read and interpret prints to determine assembly requirements for panel boxes and switchboards.
Work collaboratively on an assembly line to complete tasks efficiently.
Use hand tools, air power tools, and torque wrenches to assemble components.
Strip wires into metal plates and screw in nuts and bolts.
Assemble 64 panels per day once fully trained.
Work Environment
Work in a clean facility with a casual environment. Wear shirts with sleeves and either shorts or pants without holes, along with steel toe boots. Safety glasses and gloves are provided if needed. The team is composed of small groups of 4-6 people, working in a non-temperature-controlled setting with fans. You may listen to music with one earbud during work.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
