Job Title: Electrical Foreman
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to oversee operations at Multi-Unit Residential and Commercial Construction sites. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in various locations, with most projects concentrated in Thousand Oaks. The position requires flexibility with shift times, typically running from 6am-3pm or 7am-4pm.
Responsibilities
Oversee electrical projects at multi-family residential and commercial construction sites.
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
Install and troubleshoot electrical systems, including conduit bending and wiring.
Lead a team of electricians and ensure safety and quality standards are met.
Coordinate with other construction teams to ensure project timelines are maintained.
Essential Skills
Extensive experience in electrical construction.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.
Experience in multi-family residential and commercial construction.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to install, repair, and troubleshoot electrical systems.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with low voltage systems is a plus.
Familiarity with conduit bending and wire pulling techniques.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $50.00/hr.
